I don’t think so . . . the fact that the news section of that site hasn’t been updated in 2 years, and the latest release of the renderer was 3 years ago, is not too promising.
Too bad, it produces some nice results.

The latest version of toxic (1.0 alpha-5) that’s available for download comes with an exporter. But then nthe project evolved into ToxicX:

unfortunately, the site seems to be down, and they had the latest version of the exporter. Let me try and find a backup of the toxicx stuff and I’ll mirror it. Though I’m not sure if it will be blender 2.44 compatible.
