I wondering to make some simple game by this model …
how did you reduce the polycount so much?
(not whole procedure, just some tips)
if i had to reduce poly count i would preferably do it through limited dissolve, but it messes with textures and such, wondering how you got it that neat.

We have a lot of thinks to decrease the poly-count >>…
1- Build new obj and use the texture from the High poly obj .
2- use the delete tools in Edit mode like ( edge loop - dissolve ) on the high poly obj after you made the texture .
3- mix of them 1 and 2 ! .
