Traceback(Most recent call last) when add new Rig

Just pracitce the rig,using the basic rig，when select Basic Quadruped(Mega-Rig) error, or using Basic Human but click generate rig same error.
Its reproduced error.How to fix that?

Do you have any other add-ons enabled? If so, disable them and try again. If not, make a bug report.
