Traditional camera animation in Blender

I trying to emulate the traditional animation in Blender. I have an animation that’s is on 2’s and sometimes 3’s or 4’s. The camera is on 1’s. Is there a way to maintain the movement as intended without having it move every frame? Codywinch made a tool here is the video but it does not work blender 3.0. Is there a different way to do it in Blender natively ? Thanks
