Transform Orientation - Normal and Pivot Point - Individual Origins (probably a Bug)

So, what I’m trying to do

Let’s see how it’s work in Modo (it called “Local” preset in Action Centers)
Modo_Local
and the gimbal is set correspond axis to selected (selected islands) not somewhere in space

Ok. It definitely a bug.
Look at gif, it always change X and Z to identical value, Y = 0.
Bug_3

If I select other Edge it always change only Y value, X and Y = 0
Bug_3_1

If I select multiple Edges and manually enter the values it move only one edge in proper direction
Bug_3_2

The same thing with G+(X,Y,Z)+value in all cases

P.S. this topic for bug-report detalization

Update: Already known bug from June 2019

Reviving this because I found no explanation anywhere.

Using Normal transform orientation + individual origins pivot point X and Y axis move on the opposite direction from the intended action (inverted direction from axis pointer).
Yes. What?? I’m puzzled by this. Bug or feature?
Z (the Normal axis orientation) moves accordingly.
Blender 4.2.

Thank you! : )
