Transforms On Exported Models to Unity3d


I export models from blender to Unity3d game engine using the FBX exporter. In unity the Y axis is “up” unlike in blender. This causes some issues in unity as you can imagine.

I was wondering how I could fix it so the Y axis is up in Blender, or at least so it can convert the model I want to export to have the Y axis up.

Can anyone help here?


In Blender, after you do file->export, scroll down on the left hand side to the Export FBX panel.
Check the Rot X90 checkbox.
