Trying to figure out how to input graphics with transparency into blender. I saw a few tutorials that seemed somewhat out of date but I got it to this point. I’ve achieved transparency but the areas of the image plane are throwing reflections and refracting what is behind it. Any tips on how to fix this? Screenshots Below. *Edit - I’m using Cycles
Thanks for the response. When I do that setup it causes the transparency to be solid white. When I slide the transmission to 1, I get the same result as before. Is it possible that I don’t have some setting enabled elsewhere?
Appreciate the help.
No need to mix with transparent shader.
In EEVEE instead you have to enable alpha in the material settings
and screen space refraction.
Figured out the issue. Thank you all for the help!
