Transparent shader visable

Im working on an animated project that need areas invisible, to do this i used a transparent shader which usually works. Being a complicated shape this has left black shapes inside the render, I resolve this problem by changed the Light path- transparency- max to 1024. These settings removed the black shapes but now i have distortion to the image.

Can anyone point out what i have missed or tell of a better way to remove this?


I have resolved this, the problem was the transparency colour was just off white which made it show up on the render
