Transpernt background appears when rendering out a vid

hi i need to bring put a blender animation i made into premiere pro as i plan on using it as a transition for a vid i’m making but the transparent background is not there is just black (when i bring into premiere ) . the transparent background works for taking a normal render but i don’t want to put it as a sequence cas there is a lot of frames in it . and i could roto it but i was wondering if there was a way around it with having to do that extra stuff

This is less of a how to, and more of a “yes, it’s possible,” but the manual has a note section in the Supported Video & Audio Formats section that give a few options for outputting video to a format that supports an alpha channel.
