Travel in an hourglass loop animation

Hi, this is a fun project I’ve been working on in my free time in the last 2 weeks.

I know it’s far from perfect, I tried so many different ways to find a good balance between quality and impact on the system (geometry nodes, particle systems, displacement + shaders ad hoc and so on…), let me know what you think.
