Is this an original concept or fanart of something? It looks pretty interesting. Materials need work though. I can’t tell what the black part is made out of (could be cloth due to the specular reflecting off on the left shoulder, but it has a very inhumane form, so it could be some sort of alien skin kind of deal.) I’m not sure what the thing is on his right shoulder either or what purpose it serves.

^Yes, I read and understood that part. I asked if the character was from a currently existing franchise like Pokemon (although yes I know it’s not a Pokemon, that was an example), not if you came up with the idea instead of somebody else. I apologize if I wasn’t clear earlier.
