Triangles in a model...

Triangles in a model. I have a Head model I am doing. It is to be realistic and animate. I have no Triangles except for right around the mouth. There are very few I think only two maybe a third. That is all of them. Is it really bad modeling to have those few there? I know if I could remove them easily I should. Yet this is not going to be a quick fix it will take time. Is it worth the extra bit of time to try to fix? Or is it ok?

sometimes it’s better to leave the triangles there, sometimes are unavoidable… but if you post a picture with the wireframes, I’m sure some guys with topology knowledge could give you good advise
