Ah, those delightful little buggers who come to the door once a year!
Base mesh is a point cloud from Mandelbulb3D and processed with my own software TacoVoxel.
Everything else made and rendered with Blender 2.81 (eyeball model from Fredels).
Postproc and color correction with Affinity Photo.
