Trimming image-object to Size Equivalent to Photoshop

Is there a method in Blender equivalent to Photoshop, where you can select the image size to its exact dimensions? In this example I have attached the trim command in PS, where it automatically deletes the transparent pixels for the image to be exported.

I usually export my object from blender with no background checking film. Then import into PS so I can see the actual pixel dimensions of the object since I cannot see pixel size in Blender.

You can set render output size, which will affect the size of the render camera. Then position your camera and adjust it’s focal length and render.

You can also use ctrl+b when looking through the camera and draw a box around only the area you want. You cannot specify the exact pixel size of this box but you can tell blender to crop the final render to this box.
