Trying to export cube(FBX) with alpha image applied to Unreal Engine not working

Here is what the mesh looks like in blender this is how I would like it to look

But when I export it FBX to use in to Unreal Engine it looks like this I added a point light so you could
see it more clearly

Here is what my node setup looks like in Unreal Engine not sure if that’s pertinent here…

But here’s my blender file to see if you could help me figure out how to get this into
Unreal Engine looking like it does in blender.

Check the Blend Mode for texture 007…you have the Blend Mode set to opaque…
I am guessing as I haven’t played with Unreal in a while…
