I downloaded it and put into the 2.27 folder,
made a 50 frame long AVI with a short text spinning around 360 degrees with a Halo spot from behind, and the material as Toon shading, and the AVI JPEG compression was at 70%, the issue is, why did the AVI file end up at almost 12 MB big ?
is it a bug, did you left out something in the code?
in either case, a earlier renderd version of that animation was like this: AVI: 351 kb QT mov: 185 kb,
and how could this be 11,7 MB ?
I used the full code… It might be the codec? I’m not a programmer, I didn’t change anything… I just did it so you didn’t have to download the whole CVS and Cygwin as well.
But the latest versions (and in the latest version on the page too) (my latest compile is from 18/05/20003) seem to have a bug in writing blend files with tuhopuu… the files come corrupt from time to time due to advanced materials.
So I won’t update the page until I keep getting corrupt files… Or I might be I don’t encourage you to start projects with tuhopuu… the corrupt files are hard to retreive… no way of importing… all methods end up with a blender crash. You need to dive deep into the file with some hex editor and get them to a vrml file…
