I made it with BLender 2.25 (I think) a while back. I lost the .blend file though so further editing is not possible.

you can just hit f1 and open it like a .blend
however, if it is signed, or locked [with your own key, which you have misplaced] then you are out of luck
Tried both method, didn’t work.
it won’t open in 2.34 because it’s a compressed file. If you still ahve 2.25, you’ll be able to open it just fine, i did.
