Is it possible to set blender to render textures with point filtering/nearest neighbor?

Are you referring to anti-aliasing for textures? If so there’s the Full OSA button on the links and pipeline tab of the materials buttons. If you’re referring to the terms Adobe uses for image scaling my answer is “I don’t think so”. Blender has a lot of image editing capabilities but it’s not a dedicated still editing package. When you take perspective distortion into account I believe that all becomes a moot point.
