Ubuntu 12.04 and Alt+LMM in Blender

I just installed new Ubuntu 12.04. As before, the Alt+Left mouse button drags any window in Ubuntu so it is can’t be used in Blender by default. But this time I can’t find where to turn this behavior of in System Settings. Where do I find this setting?

SHIFT+ALT+LMB does much the same thing.

ALT+LMB to select a loop.
SHIFT+ALT+LMB to add more loops to the selection
