Uh oh... not sure how to fix this. Trying to merge meshes in edit mode?

So I made a ring of petals for this low poly cactus flower I was making. And then I duplicated that ring three times and adjusted the size and rotation of the ring so that I had 3 rings of petals to make the flower. I used Bool Tool Union to merge these, thinking it would essentially turn them all into one mesh with all the overlapping points in the interior of the object disappearing. But it seems I was wrong! This thing now looks wonky as heck and trying to seam and unwrap the UV for texturing is a total pain. I’m not sure how to fix this :frowning: I didn’t increment my file system properly so there’s no going back. Is there any easier way for me to simplify this mesh?
