How do I make the interface(tools, properties menu) transparent like this screen??
In Themes settings. You also need to enable the ‘Region Overlap’ option in the User Preferences / System panel
Go to your User Settings, click on the System tab and click the Region Overlap box. You’ll have transparency. No need to mess with anything in the themes.

Hello, Sorry to revive this topic. I am new to Blender. I just installed 2.90.1 and have the opposite problem. Need to know how to control opacity of menus. Region Overlap only affects the side bars but not the menus. My menus background is completely tranparent, making it hard to understand when they overlap other text. is there a way to control it?
