UIs Covering Each Other

These two UI are covering the Thickness Profile UI while I’m in fullscreen.

When not in fullscreen, they still cover other parts of the UI that are equally as important.

If I recall correctly, the UI is usually within the viewport. How do I move it back to its original position?

I think that maybe if you switch it to the bottom it may help. Right click.
