Keep Faith in Blender, it will kick 3D SMax Ass !!

3D smax ? What’s tha ?

I insist on the fact that the tut is interactive !
There’s a blend which help you !!

I added a build effect, so as you’re modeling your head, you can goes on in the frames and the reference head is modeling too !

So you have reference with the reference box, and with the exact mesh !!

Try it !! Even newbie you should model a good head ! That’s the way it was written !

Arf j’en suis persuadé

Finally. This is really great, tough when I was starting blender it would have been really, really awesome, if a head tutorial of this quality would have been awailabe back then. This would have saved countless hours wich I’ve placed in head modelling. Oh well. Better late than never.

Blody good work, old chap.

 YESSSSSS I’ve been waiting for this! Thank you a million times!

Awesome man, 'tis an honour to add this to my list of bookmared tutes!!! Thank you, its appreciated!!!

Blend on, and blend well!!!

thank you man!

Blender rules!

This is a truly awesome tutorial. Thanks to you and Jean for all the hard work and effort. I just printed it all out and it took 55 pages (or 28 sheets) of paper to do it. In all honesty I just took a quick glance through it, but it looks really nice. The complementary file sounds like a great idea. I have seen a few typos such as ‘ans’ instead of ‘and’, but it is no big deal.

The only suggestions I have that would make it the truly ‘Ultimate’ tutorial would be:

Make 2 ‘.pdf’ format versions, one with just English and another with French. (I found it a little ‘distracting’ to constantly have to skip over every second paragraph).

Very nice work though - this is one tutorial I plan to read and do.
Thanks

For thoses who are not so good in modeling it’s better to use the reference blend with the builde effect. If your’e a good modeler you can also just follow the tut without the blend…

Yes I planified to do that, in html (it would be more easier to read and follow I think) and in pdf too…
But these times I don’t have time enough…

So enjoy and blend !
