Yes.
To undo parenting, select the “child” object and press Alt-P, select Clear Parent.
To undo tracking, select the object and press F7 while over the Buttons window (takes you to the Object buttons window). Locate the Constraints tab and you will see any tracking that is currently setup for that object. Simply click the “X” button to delete the constraint.
