Unable to start Blender 5.1

Hi Blender, I have been facing an issue while starting up Blender 5.1 on my laptop. It’s showing me this error. Can anyone help me with this? What is this happening, and how can I fix it?

The message is a bit cryptic but according to google

The error “application was unable to start correctly” with code 0xC0000102 (often mistyped as 0xcc00001020) means STATUS_FILE_CORRUPT_ERROR. This means a vital program file or disk sector is damaged, preventing the software from launching

on a different note (not sure if it applies to this error), Blender often will not startup due to incompatible GPU drivers. So if your disk and blender installation is not corrupt you should post your specs. Operating system, laptop specs, GPU and which driver is it using.

i think my HHD is damaged coz it went missing before this error and after restart my the HHD was back but blender was not running i guess need to Upgrade to new HHD
