Wow, that is great! In the background, instead of just blur I think some particles are in order. It looks like water that it simply too clear.

I agree with the too clean comment. i think a simple environment mist starting beyond the foreground fish would make it perfect.
But it’s still wonderful.
I also agree that the fish look like they are out of the water. Something else the bothers me is the eye. It just doesn’t match the realism of the rest of the image.
