Undo BUG!!!!! with revision 48921.

Hi i’m using Blender 2.63.14 r48921. I have updated it this morning through Linux Terminal Emulator with the command
“sudo apt-get install blender”

After updating this revision Undo is not working. I also changed the Keyboard shortcut & also i have tried manually in the header–>Object–>Undo, but i didn’t worked.

I tried by uninstalling it and again installed but still the result is same.

Does any one know what is the actual problem!!!
