Unfolding a box tutorial

Hi,

I’m currently looking for a tutorial/advice about how to animate a series of boxes unfolding and then coming together to form a surface. I’d like to have an effect like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f8nn19IQ_G4 , even down to the small antennae popping up. Is there anywhere I can find this tutorial, or any suggestions on how I can achieve this same effect simply (I’m quite basic in my Blender knowledge)?
