Unity 2018.3 not working with blender fbx blend shapes?

are there any unity 2018.3 users out there? All my fbxs from blender with blendshape animation suddenly come into unity 2018.3 totally garbled, but still import fine in into 2018.2.

Don’t know if you still need this info but there was an issue with setting “graphics emulation” to off.

I think unity may have fixed it in later updates. at the time the work around I found was to disable gpu skinning, which was a new feature auto-enabled in 2018.3.
