Hahaa lol! Modelled this a while ago, and just left in my monster blend so I can look at it through blur a bit later while it settles in mind for reconsidering of bothering to play with it after weight painting and some additions of mesh for naunces.
Inspired by Mortal Combat character which has 4 arms.
