Unusual problem with copying settings from the previous version to the freshly installed

Hey, I just downloaded Blender for Octane (from Otoy’s site). Up until now I was using version 4.0 (also for Octane). I installed version 4.2.3 LTS and I don’t really know how to make the newer version take over the plugins and settings from the previous version. There was no ‘Quick settings’ start-up window with a ‘Load 4.0 settings’ button. There is also no 4.2.3 LTS settings folder in AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender:

There is also no 4.2.3 LTS settings folder in AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender:

There’s no distinction between subpoint versions.
You only have folders for the main updates, so 4.0, 4.1, 4.3 etc.

Ands Octane is it’s own setup, so not sure where it keeps it’s settings.
