I’ve taken notes about unwrapping and now that I have 2.80 I can’t figure out how to do step 2 here:
1: material tab > new
2: model > edit mode. I can’t find model
3: A > U > unwrap
4: return to default menu
5: set to object view
6: F12 to render
0: make model of correct type, i.e. a curve is not a correct type.
ehh, screenshot or .blend required for better explanation.
That can better be written as “in object mode, select your object, then go into edit mode”.
Which is as simple as clicking on an object and pressing TAB.
