Up In The Air

Watched Blenderguru Andrews tutorial about making cloud scene and wanted to make my own with a little twist.
Volymetrics really suck up the power from your computer so I wasnt into rendering higher reso than 1920x1080.
with that resolution 200 samples took about 1h (I dont like long rendering times nor does my computer I think).
Most of the compositing done in Blender. Rest in photoshop, like the stars and final contrast.
Now, Imagine pink unicorn in the middle…


This would make a really neat animation. Though with an hour per frame it would take a long time to render…

Maybe you should make the clouds less dense next time… Those look SUPER dense!

good point thanks. Maybe the smoke from volcano looks dense as in real life but clouds could be softer for sure !
