UPBGE transparent gradient

How to create material with transparent gradient in UPBGE?? Just like in this thread : solid to transparent gradient
is it possible without using a separate png texture?

with upbge no idea, i create textures with gimp, and there you can just do it, save it and use it in upbge.

yeah just use a cycles gradient texture linked to UV or

geometry node / position - minus (obj info node position) To

vector transform node to gradient node .

There’s also vertex colors.

separate RGB the UV channel and do math. add will pan, optional absolute for two sided, subtract moves apart, then last multiply with clamp to scale. 1-x to invert

Normalize vector math in UV will get you radial gradient
