I wanted to know if in Blender 2.9 it’s still possible to redo the compositing on a render, in case you make changes to your composite nodes but don’t have time to re-render the entire shot. In Blender 2.8 / 2.7 any changes made to a compositor node would automatically update the active render layer, however this functionality broke or was removed in later versions. Any alternative or similar way to do it now?
Found a solution for updating my renders: In the Image Editor you can select the Viewer Node as the image to be linked. This is a bit overhand but allows updating and saving the rendered result.
