The art style reminds me of the Animatrix, which is a plus. The overall quality is high, except for those little glitches. Fix those, and you’ve got a printeable beauty.
Looks ok…are you using layers? might help when erasing unwanted stuff…
You could use paths for very clean shapes, or draw in layer masks to solve the ‘staying inside lines’ problem.
The light directions is rather unclear, and it looks artificialy, not sun lit, IMHO. I would expect some stronger shadows in the area of main interest
