urgent crash problem needs fixing

Blender always crashes when rendering this scene, always at raytree building. it worked perfectly fine but somewhat unstable until just before i was going to do final render. only thing i did was appending two bjects and now it crashes everytime i try and render. I have tried deleting them but it does not fix the issue. The scene has become increasingly hard to handle so there might be a few things that could go wrong i guess.
This is INCREDIBLY annoying as I just sent the client a mail saying im starting final render now so you will have it tomorrow or the day after that.

Sorry but you should have considered that its an INCREDIBLY bad idea to do critical work with beta software.

If your turn off raytracing in the render options it works.

Rub it in my face will you?! i tried to resist but the swanky GUI made me do it.
I fixed it though, turns out it was alot more stable rendering using the BLI BVH acceleration structure, although it is a bit slower. I do not know what this setting actually does but it works.
