Anyone know the purpose of the button indicated by the red arrow in the attachment? The description isn’t real clear when you hover over it. I’ll say this, it can certainly cause a big scare when you accidentally click it and don’t realize you’ve done so. I kept messing around trying to get all my layers to render but it would have none of that until I clicked it and all was right with the world again.
Look in the scene properties under layers. These are the scene layers. With this option enabled the scene layers and the 3d view layers are synced. With the option turned off they are not synced. Therefore you can have different active layers in the viewport and in the render layers. You can also have multiple 3d views, each with different active layers
I think I get what you’re saying, but I’m not sure how to get to the “scene properties under layers.”
Thanks for the help!
is there any function like this in the 2.9 version?
