using a state ony one time

Let me try to explain what i am looking for. For example when adding an object from an empty that is spinning lets’ say, then after a few seconds it goes in to other states but NEVER the first spinning state again. i want it so when adding the object that first spinning state is used only once,when entering scene only. Almost like a delay sensor, if you do not press REP button that delay will work only once. i did not make a blend so just explain with lots of detail.

why should a object go back in any state? i mean you have to order it with python or bricks, it doesnt go back to any state on its own.
I dont get the probelm, sry. Mb explain a bit better?

each state would have a different action, the entering action is only used once. I am just trying to experiment a bit
