Using added objects

I’ve a cube (this is an example) that adds an empty. the empty has a keyboard and some other keyboard/mouse sensor actions… Why can’t I spawn in the empty that can has actions and is able to spawn other things in?

You can.

I suggest to parent a visible mesh to the empty that you can see it is added. The next best thing is to check the console window for errors.
