UV animation


I want to animate a texture (one still picture) by translating UV vertices with the help of UV/Image editor without moving the object itself. How can I do it? Is it possible at all?

I don’t think it is possible. Try the UV Project modifier. It will give you essentially the same result though not on a per vertex level unless you actively deform the mesh with bones, hooks, shape keys, lattice, etc…

Ok…i did the animation by using IPO curve…this will work for me :slight_smile:
