UV Distortion on edges

I wanted to create a cutout, but although I use the Shrinkwrap Modifyer to keep my Geometry smooth, there is a texture distortion on the edge corners.

How would I go about fixing a distortion like this?

I tried different unwrapping modes, but that doesn’t seem to be the answer…

In the Subdivision modifier → Advanced: UV Smooth select Keep Corners… like so:
