UV Grouping ?

Is there a way to group UVs, so that i can select them better, without figuring out all the time which vertices i always have to slect when moving them around ?

Furthermore it would be nice to see the select UV-Group inside the viewport.

Use vertex groups (Ctrl+G in 3d view) which you can then select in the vertex group list
You can enable the ‘Keep UV and Edit Mode mesh selection in sync’ option in the uv editor window to have the UVs show up without them all being selected
