I’m using the latest version of blender and I’ve run into some trouble with UV mapping. I used to model my object, assign textures to the mesh after I unwrapped it. Then just hit the consolidate into 1 image so I had my UV texture to use in the game engine I’m using (C4 engine).
However in the new blender versions, there is no consolidate into one image script and when I use the old blender to open my blend file (made in new blender) and run the script, I seem to lose image quality when it is made into 1 image.
Is there a way to sort this kind of texturing in the newer versions of blender? or is there a better method of texturing i should be using?
