UV Map a Low Poly Human

I have a human model that is super low poly and I’m having trouble doing the UV unwrapping… could some one point me to a good tutorial or even show a screenshot of a good low poly human unwrapped?

The best way to unwrap your human figure is by parts (foot, leg…). And messing with the Sync UV and Mesh Selection button.
