UV-map an icosphere as a net

Hello,

I can’t quite figure out a way to map an icosphere like this:


I thought about using the ‘follow active quads’-function but that does not work.
Any idea?

Add Icoshphere. Press F6 and change the subdivisions from 2 to 1.
Check out attached file for “Seams” placement. Unwrap and adjust the uv in “Face” mode.
