UV map is half baked

I have a problem with baking. I want to bake a UV map so I can export it to a game engine but the UV map is just half baked.

You have a lot of face normals pointing inwards not outwards
Select all vertices and recalculate them with Ctrl+N or flip selected faces with W / Flip Normals
