UV mapping + multi channel texturing

Hello,

is it possible to use uv mapping in combination with multi channel texturing, for example one image map and one bump map layer?

Just add them as separate textures. If you want the bumpmap to only affect the normals (and add no color) set it to NOR in the material buttons.
