uv mapping on high poly mesh

I sculpted a models head that i want to now texture but iam having a lot of trouble with it. Anyone know any good tutorials on modeling high poly models and also uv mapping character heads?

Not modeling high poly models, but uv mapping high poly models.

This is a good tutorial for making a seam on a model, than Unwrap and later project the highRes normal map on the lowpoly model
