UV Mapping Problem

Hi everyone

I like report one problem in blender it exist since 2.6x and now not solve.

Information about problem:

When i create a scene in blender for example a building in uv editor i make uv seam in edge sometime select that edge or other edge happen blender crash. :frowning:

Now my question is that why don’t fixed it in new version? is it huge problem?don’t happened for anyone ?:no:

I hop the blender dev solve it soon because it’s very bad and more happen when work on blender.

What was the response to your bug report ?

It is happening when you have a complex UV Map :frowning:

I use Win 32 distribution.

How many polys in your mesh? How “complex”? It may be that you’re running out of ram while trying to perform the operation. Try to keep your meshes as simple as possible. Only use more polys when you need to and then add subsurf after the Unwrap if necessary.

Oh, one other thing i forgot to writ ,when i set preview to GLSL and i go to uv editing that problem happen ,Blender crash :frowning:
